Primus Geographics Acquired By Canadian Firm
Denver-based Primus Geographics, a provider of location based software and data, has been acquired by a Canadian firm. KOREM, which develops web-based mapping and geographic information systems, said Wednesday afternoon that it acquired Primus. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. KOREM said the buy would strengthen the firm's penetration into the US market. Primus Geographics was founded in 1998.
