Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow Technologies, a developer of customer support and customer relationship management software, has added new support for "high security" hosting on its products. According to RightNow, the new capabilities are targeted at the Department of Defense and other civilian and intelligence agencies. The firm said its new, software-as-a-service offering meets DoD and U.S. Federal requirements for security. The firm did not detail how it was providing the security, but said the offering includes both an offering for the Department of Defense and a separate, highly secure hosting environment for civilian agencies with similar requirements.
