OneRiot Takes On Twitter Search
Boulder, Colorado-based OneRiot is releasing its own take on searching the popular Twitter micro-blogging service, and is announcing a new, Twitter search engine this morning. The firm--which uses the surfing habits of web users to power its search services--said its new OneRiot Twitter search service indexes all of the links being shared in Twitter, in real-time, and allows users to find news, stories, and videos people are sending out on the Twitter service. Among features of the search service is grouping of "tweets" which are sharing the same links and filtering out spam. The firm said it is planning to incorporate the Twitter search offering into its primary web search service, depending on user feedback.OneRiot Takes On Twitter Search
