Scottsdale, Arizona-based in-home health care services provider Univita Health Inc. announced Tuesday that it has acquired ENURGI Inc., a Florida-based Web services firm. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Headquartered in Singer Island, Fla., ENURGI connects patients and their families with licensed and local caregivers, including clinicians, certified nurses or home health aides. Hugh Lytle, Univita's president and chief executive, said the ENURGI acquisition complements his company's vision of establishing a virtual marketplace for its "independent aging" customer base.
