Health Info Firm Buys Claredi
Minneapolis-based Ingenix, a provider of health information, has acquired Kaysville, Utah-based Claredi Corporation, the firm said yesterday. Ingenix said it completed its acquisition of Claredi yesterday in conjunction with its acquisition of NWH, a provider of health care payer serviecs. Ingenix said it would combine the assets of NWH and Claredi with Ingenix. Claredi is a provider of health care transaction validation software and services, used by health care organizations to connect with trading partners and ensure quality of data.
