Center 7 Inc., a provider of colocation, disaster recovery and hosted business services, revealed Tuesday that it will provide data protection and bandwidth services for the Robert I Merrill Co., a regional supplier of commercial doors, frames and associated architectural hardware. The financial impact of the customer win was not disclosed. Duff Ellsworth, Robert I. Merrill's president, said his firm awarded the multi-year contract to Center 7 because of its location and the abilities of its engineering team. Both Center 7 and Robert I Merrill are headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. Ellsworth also cited a strong working relationship with Center 7's parent organization, the Canopy Group.
