Business process outsourcing firm TeleTech Holdings Inc. revealed Tuesday that it will support a prominent health care provider's Medicare open enrollment program. The financial impact of the customer win was not disclosed, and neither was the name of the client, which TeleTech described as a Fortune 100 provider. The Englewood, Colo.-based company said this will be the fourth year in a row that it has supported the client's open enrollment program for Medicare Part D coverage. Under the terms of the new agreement, TeleTech said, it will assist beneficiaries as they navigate the complex plans and guidelines of the federal government's prescription drug cost subsidization program.
