FreeWave Technologies, a manufacturer of spread spectrum and licensed radio products, reported Wednesday that it has hired Daniel G. Steele to lead its business development efforts in the Rocky Mountain Region. The Boulder, Colorado-based company described Steele as a 25-year sales veteran. FreeWave said his previous experience includes a three-year stint as a systems integrator, five years as a branch manager for Water Works Equipment, five years as regional sales manager for Rockwell International, eight years as a regional area manager for Microwave Data Systems and two years as senior vice president of sales for Bluewave Antenna Systems.
