E Source Buys EnergyWindow
Boulder-based E Source, a provider of analyst services for the energy industry, said Thursday that it has acquired EnergyWindow, a fellow Boulder-based provider of online tools and services focused on energy-sourcing decisions. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. E Source said the acquisition will expand the firm\'s offerings for corporate energy managers. E Source said that EnergyWindows will be integrated into its operations, headquartere in Boulder; EnergyWindow President and Founder Dr. Jack Mason will join the firm along with the acquisition.
