LeftHand Signs IT Services Firm
Boulder-based LeftHand Networks, a provider of iSCSI-based storage area networking appliances and software, said today that its systems have been deployed by Anite, an IT services and systems integration firm. Financial impact of the deal was not disclosed. UK-based Anite is using LeftHand's Virtual SAN Appliance in its own data centers, using VMware vritual server software. LeftHand's appliances and software are used to create storage arrays which support the iSCSI storage standard, a storage protocol which runs over Ethernet networks.
