Denver-based telecommunications and Internet services provider Qwest Communications International Inc. revealed Tuesday that its existing services contract with professional staffing firm Kforce has been extended for another three years. The financial impact of the deal was not disclosed. Qwest explained that Kforce, which is headquartered in Tampa, Fla., will rely on Qwest for Web-hosting and call-routing services. Specifically, Qwest said Kforce will use Qwest's Web-hosting services to safeguard critical company and customer data. Additionally, Kforce will employ Qwest's EZ Route services to connect inbound calls from customers to call center personnel.
