Phoenix-based electronic components distributor Avnet Inc. revealed Wednesday that it has concluded its acquisition of Betronik GmbH, a German passive components supplier. Avnet originally announced its intention to purchase the company on Sept. 24. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Based in Berlin, Betronik employs about 80 people and reports annual sales of some $40 million. The company maintains a logistics center in Berlin, seven sales offices across Germany and one sales office in France.
