RightNow Targets Consumer Electronics
Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow Technologies Inc., a publisher of customer relationship management (CRM) software-as-a-service, reported Monday that it has unveiled a new product targeting electronics and appliance manufacturers. The new title, RightNow Consumer Electronics, was developed with feedback from its customers, which include Black & Decker, Canon Canada, LeapFrog, LG Electronics, Logitech, Nikon, The Sharper Image and TomTom.
