Me.dium, a developer of browser-based, social-networking software, announced Monday that it is partnering with an independent podcast provider, Tiki Bar TV, to deliver an interactive Internet video broadcast. Me.dium's flagship product, a browser plug-in, enables users to surf the Internet with friends, watch podcasts together and chat in real time. Me.dium said Tiki Bar's next episode, "The Play," has been produced to support Me.dium's unique, real-time features, enabling viewers will be able to interact with other fans and with Dr. Tiki, the show's creator and star. "The Play" premieres on Wednesday at 1 p.m. Mountain, Me.dium said. Founded in 2006, Me.dium is headquartered in Boulder, Colorado.
