Rally Software Development Corp., an on-demand provider of Agile software life cycle management applications, revealed Tuesday that it has hired Evan Campbell as its vice president of professional services. In this newly created position, Campbell will oversee Rally's Agile transformation team, the company said. Prior to joining Rally, Campbell served as chief technology officer and vice president of professional services at IT consulting firm SolutionsIQ. Rally said Campbell has certifications as a scrum master and an information systems auditor. He also holds and MBA and an MA in International Affairs, Economics and Finance, the company said. Rally Software Development Corp. is headquartered in Boulder, Colo.
