Thule Buys Case Logic
Malmo, Sweden-based Thule, a provider of bicycle racks, trailers, and other transportation products, said Monday that it has acquired Longmont, Colorado-based Case Logic. Financial terms were not disclosed. Case Logic designs CD/DVD cases, laptop cases, backbacks, and other storage accessories. According to Thule, Case Logic had annual sales of approximately $140M and employs 250.
