Indigio Group Acquires Current Wisdom
Denver, Colorado-based The Indigio Group said Wednesday afternoon that it has finalized its acquisition of Current Wisdom, a search engine marketing firm. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Indigio said that the acquisition will extend the firm's client base into the travel, real estate, and retail industry. Both firms provide search engine optimization and paid search engine marketing services to clients. Indigio said its clients include Media News Group, The Denver Newspaper Agency, Allied Van Lines, Avis Rent a Car, Budget Rent a Car, and PODS.
