SpectraLink Acquired By Polycom
Boulder, Colorado-based SpectraLink is in a definitive agreement to be acquired by California-based Polycom, the firms said last night, in a deal worth $220M in cash. Polycom will acquire SpectraLink for $11.75 in cash per share of SpectraLink, in a deal that is expected to close in Q2 of this year. Polycom is a provider of video conferencing and speaker phones; SpectraLink provides wireless headsets and other products for business workplaces.
