Boulder, Colorado-based SpectraLink has lost its CFO, saying yesterday that David Rosenthal, the company's current CFO, will leave the company in September. SpectraLink said that Rosenthal will leave the company to pursue other outside interests, and has stepped down immediately as the EVP of Finance and Administration, CFO, corporate secretary, and treasurer. He will transition to an assistant to the firm's CEO to assist in the transition. SpectraLink said that Carolyn Smyth, the company's controller, will assume the role of interim CFO and principle accounting officer. SpectraLink is a provider of handsets for the VoIP and telephony space.
