Time Warner Completes Xspedius Acquisition
Littleton, Colorado-based Time Warner Telecom said Tuesday that it has completed its acquisition of Xspedius Communications. The deal, which was announced in July, was worth approximately $530M in cash and stock when it was announced. Xspedius is a provider of nationwide telecommunications services, including metro Ethernet, local and long distance, and Internet access.
