Satellite television provider DIRECTV has opened up a new, 1000-agent call center in Missoula, Montana, the company announced Monday. The new, 74,000 square foot call center provides technical support to DIRECTV's customers and was officially opened this week. The firm said that it is among the largest employers in the state, and that it expects to hire more than 600 agents by year end.
