Salt Lake City, Utah-based Linux Networx has named a new CFO, saying today that it has hired Robert Neumeister, Jr. as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the firm. Neumeister was most recently at Dex Media, which was recently purchased by Qwest Communications. Neumeister was also the founding CFO of Sprint PCS. Linux Networx is a developer of clustered Linux supercomputing systems, which it provides to large corporations and the government for high performance computing applications.
