Phoenix-based Corpedia, a provider of legal and ethics compliance programs and e-learning solutions, has inked a deal with LexisNexis and Compliance 360 to devliver an integrated solution for General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officers. The firms have rolled out a joint compliance program based on e-learning and risk assessment tools and information. The three companies are targeting in-house General Counsel who need to manage compliance of employees and contractors. The compliance programs include topics such as antitrust, product liability, and workplace harassment issues. Corpedia provides online training programs targeted at the compliance market.
