Nampa, Idaho-based MPC Computers announced Monday that it has rolled out a new iSCSI offering. The company's DataFRAME 440 Storage Area Network (SAN) provides 8TB of iSCSI or Fibre Channel connectivity. The new device is based on LeftHand Network's SAN/iQ management software and up to 16 250GB SATA II Hard Drives. Boulder-based LeftHand provides storage management software. MPC's DataFrame supports storage oversubscription, clustering, and snapshots. MPC is a subsidiary of HyperSpace Communications.
