Denver-based Vericept, a provider of software for compliance and content control, said this week that it has been added to the government GSA schedule via Alternative Technology, one of its distributors. Vericept's products are used to monitor enterprises for compliance violations, information leaks, and inappropriate Internet activity. The addition of Vericept to the GSA schedule will make it easier for government customers to purchase the company's solutions. Vericept is funded by Globespan Capital Partners, Sigma Partners, William Blair Capital Partners, and Sequel Venture Partners.
