Qualtrics Links With Consulting Firm Korn Ferry

Salt Lake City-based Qualtrics, which develops software used to measure customer- and employee-engagement, loyalty and satisfaction, has teamed up with consulting giant Korn Ferry, the two said this week. According to the two, they are in a partnership where Korn Ferry will pair its "organizational methodologies" and expertise with Qualtrics' platform, to improve companies' employee experience programs. Financial details of the relationship were not announced. The two said that Korn Ferry will also offer its consulting and advisory services to Qualtrics EmployeeXM customers.
