Agility Recovery Buys Rentsys Recovery Services

Denver-based business continuity and recovery provider Agility Recovery has acquired the customers and assets of Rentsys Recovery Services, a Texas company providing workspace recovery services. Financial details of the buy were not announced. Agility Recovery said the deal will help it enhance its services for customers of both organizations. Agility Recovery is led by CEO Jon Bahl. Both companies provide services to help businesses plan for business interruptions, disasters, and other issues. Agility said that a number of employees formerly with Rentsys Recovery Services will join Agility Recovery in the acquisition.
