Mingle Analytics Merges With SilverVue

Sandy, Utah-based Mingle Analytics, a provider of analytics software for the healthcare industry, has merged with SilverVue, a provider of care management software, the two companies announced on Wednesday. Financial details of the merger were not announced. According to the two, they have created a new company, Mingle Health, which will provide consulting, analytics, and tools to help streamline medical practices. Daniel Mingle, founder and CEO of Mingle Analytics, becomes the executive chairman of Mingle Health, with SilverVue founder and CEO Will West becoming CEO of Mingle Health.
