Techstars Seeks To Codify Diversity, Fair Pay Rules

Boulder-based startup accelerator operator Techstars said over the weekend that it is looking to add several changes to its "Code of Conduct" for startup joining its programs, adding two statements on supporting diversity in the workplace, as well as fair pay for equal work. The proposed new additions it its Code of Conduct were sent out to its startup network last week. Techstars has a history of socially progressive moves on the part of its startup accelerator programs. The group's moves often are adopted by others in the wider accelerator and incubators across the globe.
