Vidpresso's Technology, Team Acquired By Facebook

The team and technology behind Ogden, Utah-based Vidpresso, a developer of technology which makes online videos more interactive, has been acquired by Facebook, Facebook said late Monday. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. Facebook said it acquired the team and technology from Vidpresso, but not the company itself, which had seven employees.
