Signal Peak Leads $5.5M Funding In PactSafe

Salt Lake City-based venture capital investor Signal Peak Ventures is the co lead on an investment round, announced today, in Indianapolis-based PactSafe. According to PactSafe, it is developing cloud-based contracting software. The $5.5M, Series A funding was co-led by Mercury Fund and Signal Peak Ventures, and also included prior investors Elevate Ventures and Vulpes Testudo.
