Peak Utility Services Group Acquired By ORIX Capital

Denver-based Peak Utility Services Group, a provider of maintenance and repair services for the telecom, electric, and natural gas utility market, has been acquired by private equity investor ORIX Capital Partners, the two announced last week. Financial details of the buy were not announced. Peak services the Pacific Northwest and Intermountain West regions, through three operating units--SiteWise, Track Utilities and Kelly Cable. Peak has nearly 1,000 employees, according to the companies.
