GPS Insight Finds Private Equity Funding

Scottsdale, Arizona-based GPS Insight, a developer of cloud-based, fleet management software, said it has received an investment from Bregal Sagemount. Size of the investment by the private equity firm was not announced. GPS Insight said that Bregal Sagemount's Phil yates and Michael Kosty will both join the company's board as part of the funding. GPS Insight's founder and CEO is Rob Donat. The company said that its financial advisor in the investment was DCS Advisory.
