Vivint Smart Home Supports Children With Disabilities
Provo, Utah-based Vivint Smart Home, the smart home products provider and installer, is helping to support children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, the company said this week. According to Vivint Smart Home, it has launched a new "sensory environment" at the Vivint Smart Home Arena,specifically to help families affected by autism spectrum disorder. The company said the "sensor room" is a safe haven for children with conditions related to neurodiversity during NBA games and other arena events. The announcement comes ahead of Autism Awareness Month, which is in April.
