Foundry Gets Exit At WorkMarket

Boulder-based venture investor Foundry Group has scored an exit in its venture capital portfolio, at New York-based WorkMarket. WorkMarket was a developer of cloud-based workforce management software. ADP announced its acquisition of WorkMarket Monday morning. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. WorkMarket was founded in 2010, and was backed by Union Square Ventures, Spark Capital, Foundry Group, and Accenture Ventures.
