TruClinic Acquired By InTouch Health

Salt Lake City-based TruClinic, a web-based telemedicine provider, has been acquired by California-based InTouch Health, InTouch Health said on Thursday. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. InTouch health provides telehealth services. InTouch Health said it will merge TruClinic into the company, where it will be led by Steve Cashman, recently appointed EVP of Marketing and Consumer Solutions.
