Optiv Pulls IPO Paperwork

Denver-based Optiv, the cybersecurity services provider led by Dan Burns, has finally pulled its IPO filing, nearly a year after its acquisition by KKR. Optiv had filed for an IPO in November of 2016, shortly before its acquisition by private equity investor KKR. According to an earlier interview with Burns, Optiv started dual-tracking an IPO or acquisition towards the end of 2016, after an "uncertain" IPO market.
