Simplus Raises $9.3M, Buys CRM Manager

Salt Lake City-based Simplus, the provider of sales quoting and other related software for Salesforce, said Friday that it has raised $9.3M in a Series B funding round. The funding was led by EPIC Ventures, and also included Salesforce Ventures, Cross Creek Advisors, as well as other. In addition to the funding round, Simplus also said it has acquired consulting firm CRM Manager, and also raised $8.5M in additional funding, in the form of debt from Silicon Valley Bank. The company said a portion of the $9.3M, Series B funding round specifically went to the acquisition of CRM Manager. Ryan Westwood is the CEO of Simplus.
