Visible Supply Chain Management Acquires IntegraCore

Salt Lake City-based Visible Supply Chain Management, a provider of customized B2B and B2C supply chain management and e-commerce services, said today that it has acquired Georgia- and Utah-based IntegraCore, a provider of business-to-consumer order fulfillment and shipping services. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Visible Supply Chain Management said the acquisition will boost it to an annual run rate of $300M, and one million square feet of warehouse space.
