Inthinc Acquired By ORBCOMM

Salt Lake City-based fleet management product developer Inthinc has been acquired by New Jersey-based ORBCOMM, a developer of products for the Machine-to-Machine (M2M) and Internet of Things (IoT) markets. Details of the asset acquisition were not announced by the companies. ORBCOMM said Inthinc has been a long time customer of its wireless data services. ORBCOMM said it was advised by Raymond James in the transaction.
