Zayo Wins Dark Fiber Deals In Virginia

Boulder-based Zayo Group Holdings has scored a series of dark fiber wins in Northern Virginia, the company said on Friday. According to Zayo, it has signed multiple contracts in the past three months, to deliver dark fiber to large, data center providers in Northern Virginia. The company said the contracts will rely on its dark fiber network to connect with other data centers in the area. Financial details of the contracts were not announced. Zayo said it nearly 4,000 route miles of fiber in the Washington D.C./Northern Virginia tech corridor.
