Zayo Expands In Southern California

Boulder-based bandwidth and colocation provider Zayo Group Holdings is in a big expansion in Southern California, saying this morning that it has acquired two data centers in San Diego, California, from KIO Networks. Zayo said it paid $12M to acquire the two data ceners, located at 12270 World Trade Drive and 9606 Aero Drive. The company said the buy adds more than 100,000 square feet of space and 2 megawatts (2MW) of IT power.
