Carvana Sets Estimated IPO Range

Phoenix-based online used car seller Carvana has set the estimated IPO range for its upcoming IPO, saying in a filing on Monday that it now expects to sell 15,000,000 shares of its common stock at between $14.00 and $16.00 per share. The company has been approved to list on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) as CVNA. Carvana is led by Ernie Garcia, III.
