Sling TV Rolls Out Expanded Cloud DVR Access

Englewood, Colorado-based Sling TV said today that it has expanded availability of its cloud-based, digital video recording service, Cloud DVR, through a new program for Amazon.com customers. According to Sling TV, its "First Look" early access program is now available to Sling TV customers who are using Amazon Fire TV, Fire TV Stick or Fire tablet devices. The new service costs $5 per month for 50 hours of storage. Sling TV had rolled out the service in a limited way in beta to Roku users in late 2016.
