Zayo Expands Board

Boulder-based Zayo Group said late Wednesday that it has added two new members ot its board. Zayo said it has added Steven N. Kaplan and Emily White, to newly created positions on its board of directors. Kaplan is a professor of entrepreneurship and finance at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. White is the former Chief Operating Officer at Snapchat, Inc, and also had been an executive at Facebook and Google. White also has served on the board of lululemon, and currently sits on the boards of Hyperloop One, and VSCO. Zayo noted that the additions to the board bring it to nine members, four of whom are women.
