LiveOps Names New CEO

Scottsdale, Arizona-based LiveOps, a provider of outsourced contact center services, said late Friday that it has named Keith Leimsbach as the companu's new CEO. Leimsbach was previously CEO of ESG, and also served as COO at ServiceSource; he also has been at BEA Software and Accenture. LiveOps is backed by Presidio Partners and others. The company set up its headquarters in Scottsdale as a result of the split of its cloud software and customer service businesses back in 2015; the company's LiveOps Agent Services businesses, in Scottsdale, retained the LiveOps name.
