VictorOps Bumps Series B To $15M
Boulder-based incident management software developer VictorOps said on Friday that it has completed its Series B, raising $15M in funding. The company had announced the first close on the funding in November, at $12.2M. The company said the round was led by Shea Ventures, and also included existing investors Foundry Group and Costanoa Ventures. VictorOps was founded and is led by Todd Vernon, a longtime Colorado entrepreneur, who previously co-founded Lijit Networks, and also was co-founder of Raindance Communications. More information »
