Gogo Looks To Overhaul In-Flight Internet

Gogo, the in-flight, wireless Internet services provider which has major operations in Broomfield, Colorado, is hoping to counter threats from competitors ViaSat, Panasonic, and Global Eagle Entertainment, with a major upgrade to its system, according to an article this week. The article, from the WSJ, says those upgrades won't hit until 2018, and details the struggles the company has seen as its technology has aged compared with its competitors, and wireless Internet demand has skyrocketed on planes.
