Impartner Gets $8M In Financing

Salt Lake City, Utah-based Impartner, the developer of partner relationship management software led by serial entrepreneur Joe Wang, has raised $8M in a funding from ORIX Growth Capital and Silicon Valley Bank. the company said the growth funding will go to increase sales and marketing. Details on the structure of the growth funding were not disclosed, however, both ORIX and SVB typically provide debt to companies. Impartner was previously known as Treehouse Interactive, and was acquired by Wang and Kennet Partners in 2015. The company's software is used by companies to support their sales channel.
