Central Logic Shifts Chair To Holmes

Salt Lake City-based healthcare software developer Central Logic announced this morning that it has named Jennifer Holmes, the company's President and CEO, to the position of Chairwoman of the board. Homes joined Central Logic in the President and CEO role last year. The company is backed by Iron Gate Capital and Mercato Partners, and offers on-call scheduling software used by healthcare systems to better manage their workers. Holmes had joined Central Logic from MedAssets, and also had served at Spectranetics, EKOS, Guidant Corporation, and Boston Scientific.
